United Exchange Company is a money transfer and foreign exchange company licensed by the Central bank of Syria under decree no. 24. The company is authorized to perform the following services:
• Buy and sell foreign currencies
• Transfer funds
• Issue checks drawn on its accounts in local banks
The founders of the company have a wide experience in the field of FX trading and money transfer. United Exchange Company's authorized capital is SYP 250,000,000 and is offering 225,000 shares for public subscription at the price of SYP 500.00 per share. The offering is open to Syrian nationals residing in Syria or those residing in other countries. Syrian nationals living abroad should subscribe in US dollars only at the price of US$ 10.64 per share.
